Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers No.207 "Regulations on Distance Contract" stipulate that the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days. "Consumer Protection Law" Article 12 (4) states that "Sending a waiver within a specified period shall terminate the contract and release the consumer from any contractual obligation, except for the costs of returning the goods or thing to the manufacturer, seller or service provider."
"Consumer Rights Protection Law" Article 12 (6) stipulates that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the exercise of the right of withdrawal". The product may be returned only in its original, undamaged packaging and complete package. The online store reserves the right to refuse the buyer the right of withdrawal if the item is used and / or damaged if it is not in its original packaging or the packaging of the goods is seriously damaged.
The application is made in free form by the consumer (A4 sheet).
